La situation géographique du camping est idéale, l'agencement est très bien, piscine face au château, camping agréable pour se reposer
La gestion de l'hygiène et propreté est juste inadmissible !!! Les sanitaires sont nettoyés qu'à moitiés et à...11 heure le matin et 19 heures !!! Vraiment sales Le coin poubelles est très sale aussi , dommage car le camping est vraiment bien mais l'hygiène est inexistante

Très bon contact à l arrivée dans le camping personnel de l accueil agréable même en cas de changement d emplacement de notre part.Sanitaires propres.personnel poli.
Seul bémol au niveau de la piscine.aucun respect des consignes nombreuses personnes portant non pas des maillots mais de longs shorts avec caleçon apparent dessous et également trop de serviettes déposées le matin sans personne dans l.eau et pénalisant les baigneurs du début d après midi se retrouvant sans fauteuil.

Le fait de nous accorder un emplacement plus grand que celui initialement prévu car nous avions 3 petits enfants et de plus pente assez raide pour accéder avec la caravane. Nous avons apprécié la piscine avec ses différents bassins selon le niveau de nos petits enfants

Aucune réponse A notre arrivée, je le rappelle On me dit départ à l'heure que je veux Le matin je passe à l'accueil pour payer supplément éventuel On me dit avec ton non commercial pas sympa "départ avant midi camping complet" Soit disant complet depuis notre arrivée avec nombreux emplacements inoccupés Rien à faire Avons mangé et laissé caravane dehors en plein soleil. A great site for getting into Saumur easily. Very well laid out pitches, brilliant swimming pool with a lovely view of the Chateau across the river. Enjoyed the bar, didn’t eat there so can’t comment but I would think it’s good.

The area is stunning especially the Chateau and even more so when it was lit up at night. I also liked the swimming pool. A lovely facility although rather busy.
I disliked having to wait until 2pm for entry in spite of registering in the morning at 11.30am. Toilets and showers could have been cleaner.

Really good to walk or cycle into Saumur. Pitch was under mature trees with.little sun, whi h could be good for high summer.
Washing machine broken, cleaning regime for sanitary blocks hit and miss but OK.

The location and views are excellent. There was an error in booking as I’d booked for a day later, but the reception were fantastic about it, also when my electric plug didn’t fit. Everywhere was clean. An excellent choice.
Bar restaurant not open first night, showers only stayed on for 2-3 seconds.

Lovely pool and bar area in a great area close to Saumur. With an ACSI card, the campsite offers great value for money.
Check in very difficult - we were told over the phone in the morning that there were pitches available and we could arrive just before 12. We did that but there were no pitches available and we were sent away and told to come back at 1.30pm when people may have left and there would be pitches available. We waited outside and didn’t see any Motorhomes or caravans leaving, however when we returned at 1.30pm there were amazingly pitches available. First pitch was not fit for purpose with a tree trunk in the middle, after two trips to reception, got a decent pitch.

Receptionist Lisa was very helpful. Pitch was good - near conveniences and with shade! Not too crowded.
Few water taps for camper vans. Ground became muddy after rain showers.

As always a lovely site to stay. It was blistering hot (July heatwave) so pool vital. Usually stay in late August early September when it is quieter. But in early July once French holidays started it was full. Luckily we had booked ahead. Reception very helpful in finding us a shady pitch due to heat.

Schöner Stadtcampingplatz in zentraler Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Ortsmitte ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind ausreichend und sauber.

Ebene Stellfläche, sehr ruhig.
Leider hat man vergessen uns den Schlüssel für die Küche und die Sanitäranlagen zu geben. Beim Auschecken wollte man dann den Schlüssel haben welchen wir nie bekommen haben. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt wussten wir nicht das es inklusive war. Nach Diskussion dann aber ausgescheckt.
