Mons Gibel Camping Park

Situated at the bottom of the mountain Etna, the Sicilian volcano which became the fourth Italian natural place of the UNESCO Patrimony, is the perfect equipped area to spend a relaxing holiday in the mountains, both during the summer and the winter, totally embedded in nature but still very close to the little towns around the volcano. We are ready to welcome you with extreme kindness and courtesy in our modern and brand new building. This facility provides conveniently placed sunny and shaded pavement areas. Places for RVs and tents between 50 and 80 meter squared. You will be embedded in the nature, separated from other individuals by tall trees and different kinds of aromatic vines, which will create a unique fragrance in the air that you won’t smell in any other mountainous places. The services offered inside at the campsite are: 6 A. light and drinking water in each space, camper service, man / woman services with showers and free hot water, washing area with lava cloths, dishwashers and foot washers, barbecue area, picnic area with wooden tables and benches, children's play area, free round-trip shuttle service to surrounding villages, bike rental, night lighting and surveillance, information service for excursions to Mount Etna.

    Nice site in pleasant surroundings. With nice facilities

    Pool was empty, transport to Etna finished for season day after we arrived.

    Der sauberste Campingplatz Siziliens.Sehr schöne kleine Anlage.

    Es Gibt nichts zu verbessern.

    Der Platz ist klein und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Sanitäreinrichtung sehr sauber und freundlich!

    Der Campingplatz ist naheliegend am Etna, man kann von dort aus innerhalb einer halben Stunde an der Seilbahnstation sein.

    Ein großes Zelt und das Auto haben nicht auf dem Stellplatz gepasst.

    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sanitären Anlagen waren stets sauber. Die Dusche ist winzig klein, man hat kaum Bewegungsfreiheit und keine Möglichkeit die Kleidung trocken abzulegen bzw. sich anzuziehen. Bäcker und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Ein Eis von Condorelli muss man unbedingt essen. Die Pizza, Arancini und Cipollina vom Zampano sind auch ein Muss.

    Es sollte eine Räumlichkeit geschaffen werden, wo man sich nach dem Duschen anziehen kann.

    Der Stellplatz war groß genug für unseren Wohnwagen. Die Parzelle sauber.

    Schöner Ausgangspunkt auf den Vulkan, die Öl und Weinproduzenten und Bronte, dem Zentrum der Pistazien

    Die Duschen sind viel zu klein, 70 x 90 mit Hänger für Duschtücher wäre das Minimum
