Cher M. Guillemette, Merci pour votre commentaire et votre retour positif sur la propreté et le confort de votre hébergement. Concernant le pourtour de la piscine, il ne s’agit pas d’un liner, mais d’un revêtement en béton. Celui-ci sera d’ailleurs entièrement repeint cet hiver pour retrouver un aspect impeccable. Hélas, les traces de verdure actuelles sont principalement dues aux résidus de crème solaire et au fait que certains baigneurs ne prennent pas systématiquement une douche avant d’entrer dans l’eau, malgré les recommandations. We are very happy that you appreciated the warm welcome, the clean sanitary facilities, and the effort we made to extend your stay during the high season — it was a pleasure to have you here! We’re sorry to hear about the barking dogs in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, as they are outside the campsite, this is something beyond our control. That said, we’re glad to note that we do not accept dogs within the campsite itself, which helps ensure a more peaceful environment overall. Regarding the pitch size, we understand your comment. The dimensions of our pitches are clearly stated on our website — between 80 and 100 m² — which is standard for a 3-star campsite in France. We also made sure you had a nearby parking space for your car to maximize the space on your pitch. Thank you again for your visit, and we hope to welcome you again in the future! Dear Nicola and family, Thank you so much for your kind words — we're really happy to hear you enjoyed your stay again, and that you appreciated the improvements and activities! We love your idea of having one evening of entertainment per month in July and August — definitely something we're thinking about (as long as it doesn’t disturb anyone, of course 😊). As for opening the snack bar at lunchtime: since there are only two of us running everything, we really need that midday break to recharge — our working day runs from 8:30am to 10:00pm on 7/7! That said, we’re open to the idea, but we’d need to make sure there’s enough demand. Most of our guests tend to go out exploring during the day, so it’s something we’ll continue to think about. Estimado Senor, Muchas gracias por su comentario y por destacar el ambiente acogedor y la limpieza de nuestro camping. 🌿 Solo queríamos precisar que disponemos de 8 duchas y 9 inodoros en total. Sin embargo, muchos clientes solo ven el bloque sanitario más nuevo, cuando en realidad también hay un bloque mixto adicional justo detrás de la piscina. Según las normativas de los campings para 55 parcelas, nuestras instalaciones sanitarias son suficientes, siempre y cuando se utilicen todos los bloques disponibles. ¡Esperamos verle de nuevo pronto y quedamos a su disposición para cualquier duda durante su estancia! Siamo molto felici che abbia apprezzato la qualità del campeggio, la pulizia dei servizi, la comodità della piazzola e tutti gli spazi pensati per il relax come la piscina, il bar e il laghetto.
