Petit séjour de 3 jours entre sœurs, emplacement premium au top! Plus besoin de s’encombrer. Camping très bien équipé niveau sanitaires, nombreux divertissements (lagon, étang, écurie..) rien à dire ! Au top , nous y reviendrons !

Beau Cadre Naturel, Grand Calme et Propreté globale, Service souriant & ambiance conviviale d'une façon générale.

La fontaine à eau plate ou gazeuse censée fonctionner 24h/24 était régulièrement en panne (parfois plusieurs jours d'affilée. Les robinets traditionnels ont suppléé pour l'eau plate, heureusement tout aussi fraîche que celle de la fontaine.

This was our 4th visit to La Garangeoire and we look forward to it every year. There is so much to do on the campsite, the animateurs are wecloming and excellent. The site itself is beautiful and our children (this year they were 4, 7 and 9) feel comfortable around the site. The campsite is just round the corner from Le Grand Defi, which is definitely worth a visit. It's also a short drive from various beaches.

I didn't like the cashless system nor the fact that you have to pay 1E for each bracelet to refund back to your payment card. There was not enough non pool fitness activities for adults - last year there was far more. Toilets ran out of soap and toilet roll and not replaced quickly enough. Not enough loungers around the pool/people reserving loungers and no action being taken to stop them. Covered pool out of action toward the end of our stay. In peak time, this is not good enough. Noise curfew was not enforced in any way.

The site is lovely, it is well kept. The facilities are cleaned numerous times a day (in comparison to another site we stayed at during the same holiday which was cleaned once every other day!) The environmental considerations they have taken are good. The swimming pool was great and we loved the activities we could do on the site. The lagoon was a great addition, shallow and warm. Children could play and paddle safely.

The location is a little out the way - perfect for the peace and quiet - however to get some food it was a good 20 minutes. And then over half an hour to the nearest town, which isn't a lot, but when you go out every day it does add up. Also, if you are planning on going to Puy du Fou, book 3 days in advance with Reception for a discount, we missed out on this so unfortunately didn't manage to go.

Highly professional, attentive staff in a beautiful place with excellent amenities. Our two kids (aged 4 and 2) absolutely loved it, we barely felt the need to leave the site during the week we were there (pools, lagoon, lake, ponies, etc etc). We will be back and would recommend.

Where to start? Everything was excellent: Really friendly and super helpful staff Beautiful site - Immaculately maintained Very clean facilities - super nice showers and wash rooms. Everything so well thought out in terms of facilities, and layout Lovely pool So quit Great, large pitches Ace shop with lovely pastries and bread Super restaurant - Mikel you are a star and really care. Great take away I could go on.....

Pool table in games room needs recovering and no tip on pool queue in games room - thats it!

Excellent campsite with large pitches. Staff were all extremely helpful. Everything clean and grounds very well kept. Lots of activities to choose from and evening entertainment was high quality. In lovely area with lots to do for all ages.

Pool could get very busy and so couldn't always find seating, but we felt staff enforced no drinks/food policy well which sometimes helped free up space. Evening entertainment was great and child focused but starting at 9pm was quite late for children after busy days.

Such a beautiful presented site, welcoming and friendly staff and so much to do. The whole family had a great time! The teenagers loved the new addition of the hammocks to hang out on with their friends. Thank you for another great year.

A very small thing - the size of the ice cream balls being served varied greatly between staff members. One person only gave about half a scoop, whilst another gave the same for one scoop as other staff give you for two scoops. We planned out ice cream buying around who was serving in the end!

Great campsite, our third visit. Kids enjoy the activities, and despite the size of the site it feels quiet at night.

Pitch Smaller than in previous years

Spacious pitches and lots of things to do on site. The walled garden with evening entertainment is v good.

1) Children's play area is poor for a 5 star site. Needs investment. 2) Not enough toilets for the large number of pitches and people on site. 3) swimming pools are average for a 5 star site. 4) take away food not particularly good

Staff very friendly, nice pool, good activities and evening entertainment. Showers / toilets very smart and clean.

We were on pitch Amazone, which we specifically selected to be close to another family in a cabin. We could not use half of the pitch as it was covered in sharp stones. Pitch is also a bit smelly due to proximity to the bins. Reception very busy when wanting to hire / book activities (tennis, canoes ect). Perhaps bookings could be done at the bar (or online / app)

The friendly staff, the clean campsite, the beautiful gardens and there was SO much to do for all age groups. Absolutely brilliant campsite and we can't wait to come back.

Less rain would have made it perfect ??

I disliked the fact that kids club put a screen on at the start and end of the session. This felt quite lazy and there are many other things that could be done instead. I think on a couple of days the screens went on for quite a while- ie still on at 1030 when I walked past. Lack of veg/ salads in the takeaway, service very slow in the take away

Lovely to be back after 4 years. Perfect pitch. Very friendly staff. Very relaxing place. Curfew at night was great for campers.

Reception staff were incredibly helpful, especially when my daughter needed to see a Doctor. We enjoyed the exercise classes available in our first week (unfortunately reduced/not available in the second). Great swimming facilities and loved horse riding.

From the Friday 26, the activities available were significantly reduced and the covered swimming pool started getting cold, suggesting that the heating had been turned off. In addition, the toilets persistently did not have soap in them. It seems to me that there was a clear correlation between the site being less busy with the services offered. However, we still paid high season price for this period of time and should have been offered the same level of activities and services as the previous week.

This is the second time we’ve visited and we loved everything. The activities are varied for all interests, staff are fantastic and the site is well cared for and clean. Beautiful location and well placed to reach other local attractions and towns.

Our pitch was very hard and bumpy but that was due to the very hot weather this year.

We liked the site it was clean and well thought out. All the tag were polite and friendly and very helpful.

The kids liked the pool, but it got so busy in the afternoon. There’s needed to be more pool space. Plus they were disappointed with the slides, they were uncomfortable to ride on. I found there was lots for my 7 year old but less for my 11 year old to do. He did kids club one day and was the oldest there by a couple of years.

The activities, the feeling of safety allowing our children some independence, the friendliness, the pool- all excellent!

Toilet/shower blocks could do with more regular cleaning. Often found soap dispensers empty or toilet roll holders empty.

Deze zomervakantie hebben wij twee weken doorgebracht op Camping Le Garangeoire en we hebben genoten! De camping is van alle gemakken voorzien en is gelegen op een prachtig landgoed.

Sanitair is gedateerd (wel schoon) en erg klein. Veel te veel Engelsen en Ieren, maar daar kan camping weinig aan doen. Dit bepaald wel de sfeer…
