The equipments (ping pong table without net, city stadium not closed, no pillow with chairs on terrace, pizzas from restaurant not good, obliged to wear a swim cap but shorts allowed...)

We arrived and were immediately made to feel welcome, the staff were never to busy to help and we really enjoyed having the swimming pool so close by. The view was great, and many happy evenings were spent on our veranda, watching the sun go down with a cold beer.

At the swimming pool, all the kids want to do is go down the slides, but the pool attendant only allows the kids to go down at certain random times?

Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben direkt gebucht.

Die Speisenqualität im Restaurant könnte etwas besser sein. Leider sind keinerlei Umbestellungen möglich.

Too many guests at the camp site. Esp pool area too crowded most of the time. Would be great if there were pool hours reserved for adults, fx mornings 9-10

It was our second time in Eden, but the first time with the mobilehome taken directly from Eden. The view from the house Paradiso was just amazing. I like everything there and I am sure we will come back. My kids 9 and 13 years old has great time as well. Thank you!

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Restaurant ist lecker und gut, Sauberkeit der Mobilheime ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und haben bei jeglichen Fragen professionell geholfen.

Ausstattung der Mobilheime, Es fehlten uns Becher und Gläser, in die mehr als 100ml passen. Ein Fernseher wäre schön, Mülltüten und ein wenig mehr Geschirrspülmittel wären toll. Die Zufahrtszeiten aufs Gelände sind schlecht. Ich möchte auch nach 23 Uhr noch aufs Gelände zurück können, mit meinem Fahrzeug. Die Bändchen sind störend und es wäre toll, wenn es hier eine andere Möglichkeit gäbe. Ich möchte auch die Kaution mit meiner Kreditkarte geben können. Das klappt bei jeder Autovermietung, warum nicht bei Ihnen?

We like the warm welcome from the reception, the friendlilness in the store, restaurant and pools. We feel in many ways at home at Camping Eden. It is truly a nice place you run. :)

I think price for Air condition is way to high, i do not like to ask my kids to reserve air condition on the hot days. My suggestion is that you include a fix price for this, it could be a gamechanger for next year. Internet price is also very high, also to high in my oppinion, we are now in 2023, it should be possible to add this service without a high price and only to minimize it to 2 items. We had as a family to rely mostly on our data packets from our mobile phones. We used your own internet and not the internet you get from outside.

Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft, Sauberkeit für einen Campingplatz gut, schöne Rutschenanlagen und Pools für Kinder

Die Öffnungszeiten der Rutschenanlage wurden fast nie eingehalten. Sie wurden oft mehr als 15 Minuten später geöffnet bzw. früher geschlossen. Das war für die Kinder oft enttäuschend. Auf Nachfragen wurden wir abgewiesen, einmal auch angemotzt. Sehr schade. Abgesehen davon war allestop. Check-in und -out liefen problemlos und zügig.
