The site has a very steep internal road from the gateway to the tent pitches which is to be expected on a mountain. The views from the top of the site were very nice indeed. The reception and restaurant area was very pleasant and well kept. Restaurant opening hours were not given on the website I think. This was not a great issue if arriving late as there's a restaurant in the town that's open until 2300hrs. It was open for breakfast.
Whilst I appreciate the difficulty in maintaining grass pitches, these were dust bowls. A more accurate description in the site review would be desirable. The shower facilities were basic but functional and clean.

Dear Mr. Stewart, thank you for your review. We have been having years of no rain now, and water restrictions at night time, so we won´t be able to water our plots no more. So 2 months ago we have for pebbles , and we will recieve them next week. It is sad but climate change is really afecting everyone now around the world. So glad you enjoyed your stay and the reception was pleasant to you. We don´t have a restaurant , the sign says bar only, that is why we close at 8pm, so only for little things to eat. But like you said the town is full of nice restaurants and they open until late. Regards, Alexandra Sitges

thank you for your remark. it really helps. about the dust and the drought we are suffering, we are putting pebbles on the plot so that way we won´t have any dust anymore, because we are very restricted on water. and about the restaurant , it is not a restaurant, it is a bar/terrace. the sign says that . and it is the reason why there is little range. but the town is full of beautiful restaurants that serve food from the region. Quite and chilled. Super friendly campsite, good little restaurant with friendly staff. I’d return for sure.
Bit more grass on the pitches would be nice. Quite bare and dusty

Dear John thank you for the score and explanation. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We do have plenty of grass in Spring when there is hardly any people. With the campsite full we cannot water the plots , as it is always occupied, but most of all we do have water restrictions and the Maire himself called us two days ago to advise us to be extremly cautius. last year they they cut the water off twice, so this year we are luckier. And to make matters worse, we have no rain. But we have a beautifull sun, thank god for that!!! Regards,

Der Platz hoch in den Bergen hat einfach was besonderes. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ist perfekt geeignet um zu entspannen. Die sanitären Anlagen sind alt aber mit Charme und sauber. Der Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dear Sr. the way to town people love it because it is natural landscape and is not on the road, so that is a personal choice. As for the plots we do have someone picking up leaves all winter but winter are tough and very windy, we cannot always control the leaves.
