Accueil excellent de la part de Stuart et Sheila. La piscine est spacieuse et atypique, mais commence à vieillir après plus de 30 années de bons et loyaux services. Le chalet que nous occupions est spacieux et situé en forêt au calme. La grande terrasse, très fleurie est protégée par de grands parasols, appréciable en journée en cas de forte chaleur et le soir également. Les lumières apportent un caractère chaleureux en soirée. La restauration simple mais très bonne, présente un bon rapport qualité/prix. Globalement, notre séjour s'est très bien passé, dans un cadre champêtre reposant.
Sur une semaine, nous n'avons pas noté de désagrément particulier.

Beautiful location which is a short drive to the must see Rocamadour. Lovely quiet swimming pool with the added bonus of no noisy kids. The hard working Chateau owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome.

Massive pitch for our 7.7M motorhome with the added bonus of a hire car which allowed us to visit the surrounding area which would not have been possible otherwise as the roads are fairly narrow.

I downgraded the area as without a car (advertised on their website) we could not access the area easily in our motorhome without packing up each day I also disagree with paying extra to use a tennis court which is then covered in grit and sticks etc For such a rural area, the site did not offer lunches or sell ice creams, only wine and milk Although the showers were clean and hot we feel this site is in need of TLC, some areas are looking very tired and the website did not reflect what we found on arrival

Our third holiday here which perhaps says it all - beautiful site, lovely pool, great food at the restaurant and any support you want from Stuart and Sheila. An under-rated area to visit - plenty of places to visit. Great jazz band one evening and quiz night too.

Carefree experience, Met a lot of like minded people of various nationalities and thoroughly enjoyed each others company. the best holiday I have had in years . Would thoroughly recommend the Chateau de Lacomte. It was a delight. Stuart and Shelia really made us welcome as soon as we arrived.

We enjoyed the freedom pitch option which gave us the use of a very nice family car. Would very much recommend this option for the small additional cost. Will certainly visit again - for 4 weeks next time. Certainly a hidden gem. The atmosphere was enjoyed by all.
