Easy and quick check-in / check-out. Quality and cleanliness of the home.
Loading of e-car included (++) but charging via plug socket in house is uncomfortable (cable through window or door)

Served what is was supposed to for one night.
Would not stay there with two children for more than a few nights (simply too small), but this is just my subjective perception.
