The site is very professionally run but retains a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The restaurant appeared to struggle with the volume of diners.

Bright, airy and well equipped with excellent views on three sides of the chateau.
The outside sitting / dining area for the use of the occupants of the “Gites au chateau” was often occupied by other people which caused problems when planning to dine outside. A simple sign advising that the area is for gite users would alleviate the problem.

Pool area, quality of food in restaurant. General helpfulness of staff.
Unfortunately Jeanne is easily pounced on by insects and she has to take anti-histamine for the red sores. We decided to eat inside but we had a lot of flies around us and Jeanne was really getting flustered. This was on the Saturday 17 June.

Very comfortable, good bathroom, comfortable bed.
The TV could do with a BBC news channels. Possibly a DVD player linked to the TV
