Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you appreciated the spacious layout, the location, and the facilities, as well as the excursions and tours we offer. We would also like to clarify that our staff speaks between four and six languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, and Portuguese), and we are sorry if this was not evident during your stay. Regarding the mirror near the gate, this does not depend on us but is managed by the local police. Your preference for a regular water tap is also noted, and we will review this internally to improve our services. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future.

Die Lage des Platzes und die Aussicht sind wirklich gut
Insgesamt ist alles etwas lieblos auf dem Platz. Wo die 4 Sterne herkommen, ist nicht nachvollziehbar

Man hat wirklich ausreichend Platz, ist zentral gelegen, mit Wasser-und Stromanschluß
Man bekommt keinen Plan vom Platz, sucht erst mal, wo alles ist und wird recht unfreundlich empfangen.

Gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge nach Sorrento, Amalfiküste und Pompeii
WLAN ist extra kostenpflichtig und sollte eigentlich heute inkl sein. Kann man zukaufen und mit zwei Teenagern für uns notwendig. Schade.

Der Platz wurde zugewiesen. Hat für uns gepasst. Für die Nachbarn kann der Betreiber nichts!
Sauberkeit der Sanitärgebäude sollte verbessert werden. Wir waren noch in der Vorsaison!
