Nous regrettons les problèmes rencontrés concernant l’entretien des aires de service, l’accès à la piscine, la pression de l’eau et le nombre de douches. Besonders schön ist es zu hören, dass Sie auch die Zuverlässigkeit des Shuttles schätzen konnten. Vielen Dank auch für Ihre Anmerkung zu den Zahlungsmöglichkeiten. Wir verstehen, dass es praktisch wäre, auch an der Bar, am Pool, im Restaurant und im Minimarkt mit Karte bezahlen zu können. Ihren Hinweis nehmen wir gerne auf. Ebenso freuen wir uns über Ihr positives Feedback zu Ihrem Stellplatz, der Sauberkeit des gesamten Geländes sowie der mehrfach täglichen Reinigung unserer Sanitäranlagen. Ihr Lob an unser Reinigungs- und Rezeptionsteam geben wir selbstverständlich gerne weiter. Was die Orientierung betrifft, stellen wir unseren Gästen sowohl gedruckte als auch digitale Karten des Campingplatzes zur Verfügung, die eine schnelle Orientierung ermöglichen. Natürlich nehmen wir Ihre Anregung gerne auf, zusätzlich für neu ankommende Gäste eine kleine Übersichtskarte bereitzustellen. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie Ihren Stellplatz mit Meerblick als wunderschön empfunden haben und auch die Ruhe sowie die Sauberkeit unserer Sanitäranlagen zu schätzen wussten. Dass es leider nicht möglich war, Ihren Aufenthalt um zwei Nächte zu verlängern, bedauern wir. Die Verfügbarkeit der Stellplätze richtet sich nach den bestehenden Reservierungen und der Auslastung, sodass eine Verlängerung nicht immer möglich ist, auch wenn der Wunsch selbstverständlich nachvollziehbar ist. Ihre Anmerkung zum Umgangston an der Rezeption nehmen wir ebenfalls zur Kenntnis. Wir legen großen Wert auf einen freundlichen und professionellen Umgang mit unseren Gästen und bedauern, dass Sie diesen Eindruck nicht gewonnen haben. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased that you appreciated the location, the views and the convenient access to the sanitary facilities. Regarding your comment about male staff cleaning the women’s sanitary facilities, we would like to clarify that, under Italian law, sanitary facilities must be separated into distinct areas for men and women. There is, however, no legal requirement that a women’s area must be cleaned exclusively by female staff or a men’s area exclusively by male staff. Our cleaning team is therefore assigned to the different areas according to its work schedule. It is also not mandatory to completely close the sanitary facilities while cleaning is taking place. We deliberately try to keep them available whenever possible, so that guests always have access to sanitary facilities, including in case of need, while the cleaning is carried out carefully and professionally. We do, however, appreciate your comment regarding the speed of our service vehicles. Guest safety is very important to us, and we will remind our team to drive with particular care and at an appropriate speed within the campsite. Thank you again for your observations. We hope that, despite these points, you enjoyed the beautiful setting and your stay at Santa Fortunata.

It’s great to hear that you appreciated the shuttle service to Sorrento, the on-site Vespa rental, cafeteria, mini market, evening entertainment and our bathing areas. Regarding the ants, we understand that this can be particularly bothersome during the warmer months. We carry out regular checks and preventive pest-control treatments with specialized companies, although being immersed in nature means that insects can occasionally be present despite these measures. We’re also sorry that you found the pitch particularly dusty during the height of summer. The hot and dry conditions can unfortunately make this more noticeable, especially in camping areas. As for the electrical connection, the position of the connection points can vary depending on the pitch. We understand that having a longer cable can sometimes be necessary and appreciate your suggestion. We’re pleased that you otherwise enjoyed the location of your pitch and the many services available at Santa Fortunata. We hope to welcome you back for another stay on the Sorrento coast!

Regarding the prices of the mini market and restaurant, we would like to point out that they are in line with those generally found in Sorrento. The mini market is an internal service designed to offer our guests the convenience of purchasing essential items without having to leave the campsite. As for the restaurant, we believe that the quality of the food, the fresh ingredients, and the attentive service provided by our staff offer excellent value for the dining experience. Thank you as well for mentioning the ants. As we are surrounded by nature, they can occasionally be present, especially during the warmer months. We recommend taking a few simple precautions, and our staff is always happy to provide advice or assistance if needed. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Regarding the minimarket, we would like to point out that its prices are in line with those generally found in Sorrento. As an internal service, it is designed to offer guests the convenience of having essential products available directly on-site without needing to leave the campsite. We also appreciate your feedback about providing more information in German. Regarding the washing machines, they are managed by an external company. Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen die Aussicht, der großzügige Stellplatz und unser Strandbereich so gut gefallen haben. Bezüglich der Ameisen möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass sich unser Campingplatz mitten in der mediterranen Natur befindet. Daher können in den wärmeren Monaten vereinzelt kleine Insekten auftreten. Selbstverständlich führen wir regelmäßig Schädlingsbekämpfungsmaßnahmen durch, um dies so weit wie möglich zu minimieren. Vielen Dank auch für Ihren Hinweis bezüglich des Hundestrandes.
