Merci d’avoir partagé votre avis. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié la vue, l’accès facile à Sorrente via la navette, les spectacles du soir, le restaurant et votre bel emplacement. Nous regrettons les problèmes rencontrés concernant l’entretien des aires de service, l’accès à la piscine, la pression de l’eau et le nombre de douches. Vos remarques sont précieuses et nous aideront à améliorer nos installations et l’expérience de nos clients.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie Ihren Stellplatz mit Meerblick als wunderschön empfunden haben und auch die Ruhe sowie die Sauberkeit unserer Sanitäranlagen zu schätzen wussten. Dass es leider nicht möglich war, Ihren Aufenthalt um zwei Nächte zu verlängern, bedauern wir. Die Verfügbarkeit der Stellplätze richtet sich nach den bestehenden Reservierungen und der Auslastung, sodass eine Verlängerung nicht immer möglich ist, auch wenn der Wunsch selbstverständlich nachvollziehbar ist. Ihre Anmerkung zum Umgangston an der Rezeption nehmen wir ebenfalls zur Kenntnis. Wir legen großen Wert auf einen freundlichen und professionellen Umgang mit unseren Gästen und bedauern, dass Sie diesen Eindruck nicht gewonnen haben. Umso mehr freut es uns, dass Sie trotz dieser Punkte sagen, dass Sie wiederkommen würden. Vielen Dank für Ihr Vertrauen – wir würden uns freuen, Sie erneut bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

We’re also pleased that you appreciated your accommodation with its sea view. Regarding the prices of the mini market and restaurant, we would like to point out that they are in line with those generally found in Sorrento. The mini market is an internal service designed to offer our guests the convenience of purchasing essential items without having to leave the campsite. As for the restaurant, we believe that the quality of the food, the fresh ingredients, and the attentive service provided by our staff offer excellent value for the dining experience. Thank you as well for mentioning the ants. As we are surrounded by nature, they can occasionally be present, especially during the warmer months. We recommend taking a few simple precautions, and our staff is always happy to provide advice or assistance if needed. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Regarding the minimarket, we would like to point out that its prices are in line with those generally found in Sorrento. As an internal service, it is designed to offer guests the convenience of having essential products available directly on-site without needing to leave the campsite. We also appreciate your feedback about providing more information in German. Regarding the washing machines, they are managed by an external company. We will forward your comments to them so they can address the cleanliness and maintenance issues you reported. Vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Bewertung und dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Erfahrungen mit uns zu teilen! Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen die Aussicht, der großzügige Stellplatz und unser Strandbereich so gut gefallen haben. Bezüglich der Ameisen möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass sich unser Campingplatz mitten in der mediterranen Natur befindet. Daher können in den wärmeren Monaten vereinzelt kleine Insekten auftreten. Selbstverständlich führen wir regelmäßig Schädlingsbekämpfungsmaßnahmen durch, um dies so weit wie möglich zu minimieren. Vielen Dank auch für Ihren Hinweis bezüglich des Hundestrandes. Wir hoffen, Sie und Ihren vierbeinigen Begleiter wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!
