Sehr ruhig. Schönes Mobilheim!
Ausstattung könnte etwas besser Sein. Keine Mikrowelle! Keine Kaffemaschine!! Kein WLAN! Heutzutage nicht mehr tragbar! Jedes FastFood Restaurant, jeder Supermarkt bietet kostenloses WLAN an!! Poolrutsche könnte länger geöffnet Sein! Spray-Park auch nur sporadisch!!!

Der Campingplatz ist in die Jahre gekommen und es wird gespart. Spielgeräte kapputt, kaum Beleuchtung. Restaurant kann ich nicht empfehlen. Eine Rutsche von 12-16 Uhr zu schließen finde ich absolut unmöglich. Strand ist ungepflegt und gefährlich! Die Lage ist super, wenn man etwas investiert, ein schönes Plätzchen.

Pool, accomodations, staff friendliness, location, restaurant, playground. All were great
Minor tweaks: a boiler or a coffee maker would be great, and proper knives that can actually cut something for the cooking. Prepared every meal with the bread knife, as the serrated blade was the only one that could cut ANYthing.

Saubere Anlage, nahegelegen am See. Gibt alles was man braucht, nettes Personal.
Die Rutschen am pool waren nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten in Betrieb. Der Bereich am Pool für Kleinkinder mit den Wasserspielen war nie in Betrieb. Genau dieser Bereich war aber einer der Gründe die Ferienanlage zu buchen.

As written on our website, the swimming pools are open from 9.00 to 19.00 and the slides/splash parks are active at certain times, provided by the lifeguards. We hope to have you again as our guests. Private beach is great, slides and water park were entertaining when they were turned on. Lake garda is a great environment to be in. Pizza served in the restaurant was pretty decent quality. Nice surprise to find an EV charging station on-site.
Price for electricity for airco outrageous (1 eur per kwh), Price for wifi outrageous and not included. Price for baby bed and baby seat outrageous (literally cheaper to buy both in supermarket than rent for 2 weeks). No list of included cabin equipment in advance. Pools and slides were closed randomly because "almost-end-of-season" (first week of september). Restaurant didn't serve food at the same time, 30 minutes (!) after my wife and kid were eating I got my pizza, did apologize and resolve correctly. EV charger prices outrageous (75c per kwh) + time penalties.

The cabin itself was dry and not terribly dirty. Had a little bit of lake view which was nice. Plenty of greenery around to enjoy. While we had plastic seats, they were OK.
Cabin not as advertised - plastic seats outside and in worse condition, cherry-picked photos of the best/newest cabin in that class. Mattresses were saggy. Sinks of both kitchen and bathroom were clogged on arrival, bathroom was never resolved. 35% leaky porch roof, fortunately only had rain for a day. One gas burner was a fire hazard due to non-original parts. No porch gate to contain child while cabin was on a busy street with steep incline. Cars/bicycles drove by with high speeds, no speed limit enforcement. Airco made loud noises all night.

Tranquillità e gentilezza del personale.
Con la cifra che si paga é assurdo far pagare 1€/ora l'uso del condizionatore. Inoltre tutto al minimo, bungalow da 5 posti 5 posate per tipo, se serve una posata per la cucina ne manca una in tavola, assurdo.

L'ampio terrazzo.
Quand piove l'acqua passa tra la giunzione tra struttura e copertura terrazzo allargando il pavimento del soggiorno, è necessario mettere recipienti a terra per ridurre l'inconveniente.
