L’accueil très agréable des hôtes. Qualité des gîtes et des couchages. Le cadre magnifique du château et de ses dépendances. Les jeux pour enfants et plus particulièrement la Tyrolienne. Les animaux à l’entrée du domaine >>> Très bon séjour que nous recommandons

Met gezin (baby 10 weken en peuter 3 jaar) hebben wij in de Grande Orangerie van Chateau de Chanteloup verbleven. We hebben een heerlijk ontspannen vakantie gehad: Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige omgeving, genoeg te doen op het terrein alleen al.

De Grande Orangerie was voor ons perfect, maar als je meer luxe of nieuwigheid gewend bent, dan kan deze accommodatie tegenvallen. Wij vonden het de meest originele en charmante accommodatie ooit en hebben enorm genoten!
Ik kan me voorstellen dat als je meer op zoek bent naar luxe, dat het verblijf in de Grande Orangerie tegen kan vallen (verouderd sanitair, antiek meubilair, niet super schoon).

Fantastic character accommodation with plenty of room.
Needed a bit of a clean before we arrived, cobwebs everywhere and tatty bedspreads. I suppose it added to the character !

The atmosphere was very relaxed. The amenities we used were of good quality. The pool was great, the staff very friendly. It was lovely how respectful guests were of late night rules.
This is really picky, but the WiFi was very patchy.

The accommodation was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine (not mentioned in listing). It was lovely to have the right amount of chairs for dining in and for outdoor use. The chairs for relaxing in the garden were also most welcome. The fan was very welcome.
The oven in the kitchen was temperamental and only had one shelf, which made cooking for 6 difficult.

Staff always very friendly and helpful, great facilities and a beautiful location
Only option for food on the Sunday evening was the Hog Roast. We are vegetarians so no good for us!! In previous years the restaurant and Pizza Take-Away were open but not this year. We had to get back in the car and search out for food.

La Grande Orangerie qui ressemble à une petit église, est un vieux bâtiment du 15ième siècle qui offre une très belle vue sur l'étang. Elle est composée d'un très grand séjour cathédrale et de 3 belles chambres dont une au rez de chaussée, avec une salle de bain et W-C séparé. La Grande Orangerie possède un grand jardin privatif avec mobilier d'extérieur en teck et barbecue.
