Besonders gut hat uns der Service gefallen, bei Fragen oder Anliegen konnte uns sofort geholfen werden. Auch die Verständigung auf Englisch und sogar auf deutsch hat reibungslos funktioniert

Besonders gut hat uns die Lage des Chalet gefallen. Wir hatten direkten Seeblick
Eine neue Matratze wäre nicht schlecht. Unsere war sehr durchgelegen. Auch wären Bettdecken vom Vorteil, da es nicht jeder mag sich nur mit einer Wolldecke oder dem Bettbezug zuzudecken. In der Küche wäre ein bisschen mehr Besteck und Geschirr nicht schlecht. Ebenso haben wir einen Backofen vermisst.

God beliggenhed. God badebro og godt badevand.
Restauranten er gennemsnitlig og supermarkedet temmelig dyrt (men sådan er det ofte på campingpladser). Personalet er generelt meget venligt og imødekommende. Men vi havde desværre et par episoder bl.a. fik vi i restauranten at vide at alt var reserveret trods der ikke var skilte med reserveret på bordene og restauranten højst var halvfyldt da vi boede lige ved siden af kunne vi efterfølgende konstatere at der ikke var tilfældet. I reception blev jeg ved udtjekningen mødt af en rasende kvinde som ikke kunne acceptere at jeg fremsatte et forslag. Det løb helt af sporet men kultur er anderledes.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We always accept criticism that helps us improve. As for the check out episode, we would like to specify that: at check out you were welcomed with the usual kindness that distinguishes us. During the check in we give each customer an information sheet in duplicate with important information, including instructions for check out. One copy signed by the customer remains with us (you signed it too!), the other is given to the customer as a reminder. In this document we ask you to make an appointment for check out the day before departure, which you had forgotten to do. Despite this, we immediately took action to include the control of the accommodation and within 10 minutes maximum you were able to leave. In this circumstance, perhaps you could have simply thanked us and we would have said goodbye to end the holiday in the best possible way, instead you decided to scold us, arrogantly accusing us that no one had warned you of the procedure, denying the evidence since we had the sheet you had signed in our hands. Since you speak of a “lack of culture” we would like to point out that at our facility our clients will always find a welcoming, helpful and smiling staff but for no reason do we allow ourselves to be verbally mistreated without a valid reason. Fortunately our clients appreciate our approach and rate the “reception” service with beautiful marks, which is a source of pride for our staff.

Pengene passede og badeværelset var relativt nyrenoveret og pænt. Alt i alt var vi fint tilfredse.
Der kunne have været lidt renere (spindelvæv i kroge og på loftet) men de væsentligste steder var pænt rene. Vi blev desværre invaderet af myrer men det kan jo ske alle steder. Man skal være opmærksom på at strømmen kan gå hvis man bruger en elkedel (hvilket betyder at køleskabet går ud). Parkeringsmulighederne er ganske trange, så det kræver en god fører eller en mindre bil. Man skal betale ekstra for aircondition.

Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Haben wir sehr genossen. Auch die Nähe zum Strand ist toll
Im Chalet (beim Nachbarn auch) hat es sehr unangenehm nach Moder gerochen. Englischkenntnisse notwendig, da nur sehr sehr wenige Angestellte Deutsch verstehen, obwohl gefühlt 90% der Gäste aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum waren.

Dear Joachim, Thanks for your feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed the view from our accommodation. As per the procedure after check-in, we ask customers to notify us immediately if anything is dirty or broken. If we had known, we would have cleaned the accommodation again. Our accommodations are equipped with heat pumps for heating and/or cooling the rooms which can be used by customers during their stay. At the reception, the colleagues speak Italian, English, French, Hungarian, Spanish and German and work in different time slots. Having the campsite located on Lake Garda in Italy, it may happen that not all people know the German language well but we always do our best to help our clients. Camping Eden

Für das Chalet 32 wäre es gut wenn vor dem Mülltonnen Abstellplatz ein Sichtsschutz wäre damit man von der Terasse nicht den ganzen Tag auf die Mülltonnen schaut
